How does the folding mechanism work on the WalkingPad?
Our patented 'Double Fold' technology allows the treadmill to fold 180 degrees. Simply lift the rear end and fold it over the motor housing; the integrated wheels then allow you to slide it under a bed or sofa for space-saving storage.
What is the maximum weight capacity for your treadmills?
Most WalkingPad models support a maximum user weight of up to 240 lbs (110 kg). However, specific high-performance models like the R2 can support up to 265 lbs (120 kg). Please check the individual product specifications for exact details.
Do I need to assemble the WalkingPad when it arrives?
No assembly is required. All WalkingPad units come fully assembled in the box. You simply need to unfold the device, plug it into a power outlet, and complete the initial calibration via the KS Fit app.

Can I use the WalkingPad on a carpeted floor?
Yes, but for optimal performance and motor ventilation, we recommend using a thin, firm fitness mat underneath the WalkingPad if you are placing it on thick or high-pile carpeting.
